Failed to cache field with id "{5f82f4e1-2648-4811-a2c9-97e58e4b23d7}",

1. Take the URL of the library and remove  /_layouts/15… and everything after
2. add
   /_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?Cmd=ExportList&List=[yourGUID]
   to the URL. It will look something like this:
   https://dev.sharepoint.com/subsite/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?Cmd=ExportList&List=d74cb295-f057-4438-be44-48d3e18bb481
3. Navigate to the URL to trigger a download of an xml file for the list.
